During the hour and ten minutes of treatment, the following procedure is done:
The first thing is a hypertrophy with isometric currents (mini electric shocks) that work to increase muscle mass and strength. It lasts about 20 minutes. The following is a vacuum therapy that lifts and shapes the buttocks, and this is done by means of an oil massage against cellulite with vacum for legs and glutes that lasts 20 minutes.
Next thing in the treatment is a cryotherapy, which involves applying a special product that is very cold and works for lifting and toning. This lasts 10 minutes. Following this is the exfoliation and hydration, which is a coffee based scrub application for 10 minutes. Finally, toning and moisturizing takes place by applying a special fruit based tonic for 10 minutes.
This is a very complete treatment and in only 1 hour and 10 minutes you can be on your way to feeling better physically and being more confident when wearing shorts or bathing suits.
