What is OfertaSimple and what is the collective buying power?
Each day, OfertaSimple presents a new Oferta, offering incredible discounts on something to do or to try in our city. Promotions are negotiated exclusively for OfertaSimple and shared only with members of OfertaSimple. We get the best deals because we negotiate on behalf of all our members. By ensuring many customers, businesses are willing to offer the best deals. This is what we call 'collective buying power'.
I like the offer today. How do I get the deal?
Simply click the 'Buy Now' button. After entering your payment information, you will be redirected to the confirmation page. Your order and the Oferta will appear on your My Account page. When the offer is active at the end of the day, your credit card will be processed and you will receive an e-mail detailing how to download and print the coupon. Then present your voucher at the store and enjoy your savings. It's that easy.
What if OfertaSimple does not achieve the minimum required for the deal of the day?
If we do not reach the minimum required to activate the offer, your credit card will not be charged, and no one will receive the Oferta.
How do I get my Voucher after I buy a deal?
We will send you an email confirming your payment. To print the voucher, either use the link on the email we send you, or you can go directly to your account on the website and your voucher will be in it. Here is the link: http://ofertasimple.com/cuenta.
What happens if I do not have a printer? Can I still redeem my voucher?
Yes, you can. We want to make sure everything is as easy as possible for you. If you do not have access to a printer, then copy your unique identification number on your voucher. Take the voucher ID # to the business, show them your ID and you will receive your deal.
Is it going to cost money to become a member?
Of course not. It's free. All you need is your email address so we can be sure you receive the best deals every day.
Do I need to refer my friends to buy the Offer?
No, you don't need to share the deal. We already have tens of thousands of members. But most of our members enjoy sharing the deals with their friends because it's more fun to discover new spots with others. And what friends don't enjoy a good deal?
Do I have to use my voucher the same day I buy it?
No. Actually, the vouchers are not active until 1 day after the deal is completed. The business requires time to prepare for the OfertaSimple members.
Can I buy multiple vouchers for the same offer?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Check the "Good to Know" section to review any deal-specific restrictions.
Are there any fees payable in addition to the price of the Oferta?
There are no hidden charges or commission. All terms of each Oferta are clearly explained below each deal. If you ever have a question, drop us a note on the deal Discussion Board or send an email to contacto@ofertasimple.com.
May I split the value of the Oferta into multiple visits?
No. Unless otherwise stated in the Oferta details, the full value of the voucher must be redeemed in a single visit.
When may I first use the voucher? Do the Ofertas have an expiration date?
Normally, you can use your Oferta one day after the deal is completed. Each of our offers have an expiration date (specified on the page before you buy). Most vouchers have 3 months to a year before the expiration date.
What online security measures do you have in place? Do you have a privacy policy?
We take the security of your personal information very seriously and use the encrypted system "128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your credit card information. Also, we do not sell your personal information to third parties. For more information, please consult our Terms of Service.
You only accept credit cards? Will you be accepting other methods of payment in the future?

How are you able to track my referrals?
Easy! Use your personal referral links on the Refer a Friend page. We provide 3 options: Facebook, Twitter, and email by using the link. The numbers at the end are unique to you so we can credit the right account for making a referral.
What are the mechanics of the Refer a Friend program?
Whenever a new user comes to our website by clicking on your personal link, we will add $5 credit to your account on their first purchase. There is no limit to how much credit you can accumulate in OfertaSimple. You can check your balance, going to My Account.
What is the maximum number of friends I can refer to OfertaSimple?
There is no limit to how many referrals you can make or how much money you can earn. We've seen people earn a lot of dough from this program.
What if my friend receives more than one referral?
Only one person will get the referral credit. The referral payout will go to the person who first shared the link to the new member. So why are you waiting?

You will receive a link to an online form where you can answer some quick questions providing a solid foundation for our writers.
